Events are a very important part of community organizing. Our Place Initiative will be hosting events around Etobicoke, centered around issues that the community have expressed they would like to see action on. Events will be focused around education, discussing plausible solutions, and coming to a consensus on a call for action. In the past we have held them at the Etobicoke Civic Centre, and they were based around the flash flood of 2013 and the issues surrounding transit. We will be launching our new campaigns soon, so please check back regularly or join us to receive updates!
